Affordable but Obnoxious
This building is poorly made - I can hear everything in the units on both sides of me. The condo board is paranoid & keeps making new stricter rules rather than just enforcing the ones already there. If people are dumb and break glass in the pool area when glass isn't allowed, revoke their privileges for the pool, don't ban drinks entirely for everyone else who was already respecting the space! The maintenance man and his son are both really kind people. For $985, it's an affordable, decent-sized apartment, but the only real reason to live here is to be next door to Holman & Finch.
