Post Addison Circle
Addison circle is walkable to several restaurants and parks, including a dog park. It's clean, safe, fun--always activities going on in the parks (music, festivals, etc.). It is a bit of a drive to SMU, maybe 25-35 minutes on the tollway, but for us it made sense as a halfway point between partner's job in Plano and campus. New management we had some trouble with just on the online payment portal--not the most helpful when there is trouble there. Otherwise, though, they were fine. Maintenance always got resolved, apartments well taken care of, etc.
