Large space close to law school with limited amenities
The apartment itself is large, with plenty of closet space and common space. The price feels reasonable given the apartment is located a 10 minute walk from the law school. The building is also located near other law students in The Yard, 618, and surrounding homes. The building is modern and new.
There are minor inconveniences, including a lack of any amenities (gym, callbox, etc.). The building is also located near the train tracks, and the windows are not particularly well insulated against the sound of the horn. I've become used to that sound.
Management has been very responsive to problems we've had.
