Very nice neighbors, very close to campus, lots of green spaces nearby, no community spaces/gym/etc

Close to Campus

I love the proximity to Vanderbilt's campus (less than a 10 minute walk to Eskind Biomedical Library/VUMC).

Condo Building in Midtown/Music Row

Very close to campus and a very spacious floorplan! No gym or pool.

10 min walk to VUMC, 5 to Edgehill village, 15 to midtown

The best part of the apartment is the location. It is a quick 10-minute walk to campus, much of which you can do through the hospital tunnels, which is convenient in the winter. There are other med students (mostly MSTP) who live there and other young professionals and families. The downside to the apartment is that there are no communal spaces, like a gym, pool, lounge, etc. Be sure to inquire about parking because often there is only 1 garage space available with each unit. It is a generally safe area, right across from the main undergrad campus and a local high school (USN).

Great place to stay

1101 18th ave is a wonderful place to stay. Its in close proximity to Vanderbilt (10 min walk), has parking, and low HOA. Building is quiet and full of professionals. There is high property turnover with 50 units allowing for frequent purchase.
