Stephen Foster Apartments near hip 12 South area

Overall great experience. This apartment is at a great value especially for the location. It is walking distance from 12 South which is a popular strip of restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores in a welcoming area. Also walking distance to a major park (Sevier park). The apartment is spacious with washer/dryer connections if desired. Young neighborhood. Safe area with many homes in the vicinity.

Great deal, living a bit farther away

This is one of the best deals in Nashville. You have bit more distance from campus than living in Hillsboro Village, but it's still only a 20 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is beautiful, and you can easily walk to Sevier Park and 12th South. The apartments are very peaceful. They're older buildings but fairly well maintained, and management is very responsive.
