Easy commute, great ammenities

The apartment complex is pretty nice and it’s a gated community. They make it very easy to make payments, send a report for anything that needs fixing, all around a pretty good place to live. It’s 8 miles away from Belmont. Without traffic it’s a 15 minute drive and a with traffic it’s roughly 25-30 minutes

My apartment complex is great. I live 15 minutes from campus without traffic. It is quiet here, and I enjoy living here. I do not have any problems with maintenance or anything. If I need something fixed, they are here in the same day and at the time they give you. Only downside is I do not have a washer and dryer in my apartment, but the complex has buildings for washing, so there is no need to go to a laundry mat. The community is also gated, and that is a plus as well.

The apartments are all newly renovated this year - am the first to enter my apartment after renovation. The apartments are spacious, sit on large space on a small hill - many complexes, large compounds, large parking spaces, nice residents, no loitering strangers and the apartment s are completely gated. I like the quiet environment in the complexes, no loud musics. Everybody seems busy working or going to school or doing something productive. And that is a good thing for the residents. There are many families with children who go to school, and even then the kids seem well disciplined.
Generally I like the place. The one bedroom apartment is large - the sitting room, bedroom, and kitchen and dining, the bathroom is a good size too - medium. The lawns are well maintained by contractors, with 24 hour emergency maintenance. The Apartment staff members are nice people as well. It is about 6 miles away from Belmont University - (about 20 minutes drive).
