The Bowery at Southside

I really love living at the Bowery. It is a 4 minute drive to the school and within walking distance to lots of great coffee shops and bars. Lots of A&M Law students live in the building also. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests and any other concerns. The only con is the ceilings/floors are quite thin. I can easily hear my upstairs neighbor but that may not be the case in every unit.

The Bowery has been a great place to live! My apartment is spacious for the price and the management staff is amazing. Maintenance requests are always handled very quickly. It is nice to be within a short distance of the law school and helpful that so many students live here.

The property is very clean and well kept, with great amenities. Management is responsive, never had any issues with loud neighbors or break-ins like some apartments in the area. Very close to the law school and downtown.

The management team at the Bowery is very responsive. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been completed within hours. I haven't had any issues living here. There is more than enough parking, great restaurants nearby, and it is an easy 3 min drive to school - which is a game changer for early classes.

I love living close to campus, various restaurants, and the different parts of Fort Worth. The amenities are great too (pool and gym!), and my apartment feels very spacious and gets great light (hello sunrise!). The primary downside of this location would be the proximity to the train tracks, as sometimes the sound can be obnoxious. Living over a garage isn't great either, but these are things that many complexes have downtown.

You get what you pay for. The Bowery is expensive, but I've had not a single issue since moving in last March. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, I've used their online portal and it's been resolved the same or next day.

I have had a great experience, the parking situation can be a bit frustrating as the lot is far away from many of the units and the street parking is hard to get, but overall a great place to live. The maintenance is quick and effective, they regularly do preventative work and all the appliances work as intended.

I really love the apartment. Very safe and has very nice amenities (pool, gym, dog park). Only downside is a bit of construction and just because of proximity to downtown, on my walks there are some homeless.

Very safe and comfortable, just expensive!
