Very close to the school and downtown Fort Worth. There is theft in the parking garage which brings my rating down.

I absolutely love my apartment and I have been living here for around a year and a half. In 2020, the building was a little noisy because of the construction next door but this is no longer an issue as the construction has finished. The location is only a 5-minute drive to downtown and Texas A&M Law School. The apartment is fairly quiet and is the perfect separation from school and work. There are some things to do in the immediate area like a CrossFit gym but I find that I typically drive to areas like Magnolia, Sundance Square, or West 7th to meet others. I find that I like that there is not a lot of places around because there is less noise around the building and I am able to study at my apartment. The apartment also has a nice gym and pool as well as several spaces where you are able to study or hang out with friends within the building.

I really love living by South Main! It’s not too loud but I’m also within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment complex itself is pretty nice and the rent is very affordable in comparison to other apartments that weren’t as big. Sometimes maintenance is slow but that is my only complaint.

Very good experience. No neighbor complaints. Love the kitchen. Clean. Management holds several events per month. Only real complaints is that it is expensive and the trash/recycling service is hit or miss.

These apartments are in the best location! Near Southside is booming and I’m glad to be right in the middle of it. The property is well kept and I haven’t had any major issues so far. The management company changed two weeks after I moved in, so I was a little disappointed about that. But I love living here and I plan on staying here for several years.
