Aviator West 7th

Very good apartment overall. Some minor pest problems on the first floor. Management is sometimes slow to fix things they outsource to vendors. Maintenance requests are processed fairly quickly.

This is one of the more expensive apartments I have lived in, but the quality of amenities and management is the best I have ever had. Maintenance requests are answered very timely. The appliances in the apartment are up to date and very nice. The complex is pet friendly and has yards available for certain units and a spacious dog park The location is perfect, I can walk to a variety of restaurants and stores within 10 minutes. The local neighborhood is very nice and majority of residents are very respectful. My only complaint is some of the walls through the apartment are thinner than others. Example: I can hear my neighbor watching TV or listening to music when I am in my bedroom. Overall, it is a great complex and area to live in.

Great location off west 7th with shopping areas including a grocery store right across the road. Two routes to go to and from the law school both under 12 minutes.

This has been my favorite apartment in Fort Worth, just a little pricy.

I have had no complaints with this apartment complex. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with any needs. The complex is extremely dog friendly. The complex is situated in a great location; walking distance to target, the bar district, Montgomery plaza and plenty of eating locations.

Rent is usually approximately $1,500 per month, but the complex has an affordable housing program through Fort Worth; great for students as they will qualify for the program if they make below (approximate number) $40,000 per year. The rate will then be $1,054 per month, for a one bedroom.

The apartment is nice. There’s an awesome pool, gym, amazon lockers, press box dry cleaning service, big parking garage, study center, trash service, massage area, dog park, etc. The complex is well kept and clean .

Downsides:
The amenities (except for the gym) close early
The cheaper rooms are near the doors so if you plan on living on the first floor don’t pick the apartment near the gate, it can get loud.

Never really had any problems. Always come fix things fast.
