Convenient Location

The complex is generally nice with a convenient location walking distance to school. Parking is expensive but it's great to have a grocery store and coffee shop downstairs.

Fairly good

It's crazy expensive to live there, but it's so close to campus-it's walkable. Bills beyond rent (parking, electric, etc) make our monthly payment closer to $2800.

The management aren't super helpful, but do try.

Sofia Apartments

My upstairs neighbor is LOUD, wakes me up at 2am by dropping heavy object on the floor. Management has done nothing.

However, very conveniently located above Grocery Outlet Plus.
