Honestly, except I can hear upstairs ppl walking, everything is so cool abt this place. they have free coffee machine THAT HAS HOT CHOCOLATE, and they have events every month too. closet is a bit small for me but thats more of a me issue, i have too many clothes. they have a 24hr chatbot so you can get service 24/7

Had one time where it was hard to get in contact with management, but overall great. I feel safe and love the proximity to campus, and it's the perfect size for a studio. Amenities are pretty good, there is a gym and some club rooms and an outdoor seating area, as well as a great coffee bar. However, the gym is a bit small and there's no pool.

Management is very quick to respond to issues.
It's clean, very spacious and has all the basics plus some extras like dishwasher, and a microwave.
The only problem I have with this place is the elevator. Because it's only one, it can get busy during rush hour.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at the Artisan. The management and maintenance are incredibly responsive. The community is friendly. They are always hosting fun free events for the community.

Loved living here. My only complaint is that the apartment doesn't have much storage space but all of the positives outweigh. I plan on staying at this complex for at least a few more years.

Extremely nice 2 bed 2 bath setup, walkable to EBL 15 minutes, pet friendly, paid parking and free street parking outside (sometimes hard to find), affordable, overall very nice, location is great

Gym is not that good but everything else is nice

This apartment is great for students who want to be within walking distance to Vanderbilt but not close to a main road. There are lovely areas to walk nearby as well as the midtown bar scene which is fun. The apartments are also quite large compared to others in the area and it is a smaller building so you get to meet your neighbors more.

Big spaces, bigger than I thought they'd be. Have had no issues with neighbors, noise, etc. Been a very condusive environment for studying so I haven't had to go to the library much. Vinyl floors, walk in closet, washer/dryer decently sized. Decent walk from the building to medical center east.
I've never had any security issues, and management is always so good to me when I need something done.
My apartment however does not get much sunlight because the Morris obstructs it.

Its a self - sufficient studio apartment. Within walking distance to a small supermarket and the campus. Its safe and the apartment complex has people from diverse cultures…..
