24 hour concierge service, high level of security, less than 2 minutes from TAMU Law campus, T&P Tavern - Bar/Restaurant within complex, 7-8 minutes from W 7th area.

Pros:
5 min walk to TAMU Law
Gated community
Within walking distance of south main breweries and the bars downtown.
Gym
Bar in station
Train to airport and to Dallas
Lots of dogs to pet
Parking garage with 2 spaces per unit

Cons:
Can be pricey w/o roommates
Expensive to own
Sometimes elevator smells bc of dogs
