Convenient and cute
My husband & I moved to Nashville 2 years ago, when I first started grad school at Belmont. We chose Sterling Court because it is directly across the street from Belmont & compared to other apartments near by, we got more space for the price. Sterling court has been great in that it is located right in the heart of Belmont Hillsboro. Walking to Belmont has been easy & has saved us money in gas/upkeep of my vehicle. It is a cute old apartment & the management here is wonderful. However, if amenities are important to you - this may not be the place. Compared to other apartments near by, the amenities are lacking - no pool, no gym, etc. but again, super convenient for walking to Belmont, in a great neighborhood, and a wonderful management team!

Close to campus, in a wonderful neighborhood
My husband and I chose this property because it was close to campus (a walk across the street) and much nicer than what we had been able to find at other locations in our price range. The apartment manager is excellent. We feel safe and welcome here, and while there are students that live here - the majority of the residents are not, so it does not have a college dorm feel at all. It is a historic building, so it is lacking in some of the "extras" that you get in the newer developments, but it makes up for this in its price and charm.
