Excellent
Most square footage in town. Apartments in general are kind of noisy -- neighbors stomping around, doors opening/closing, landscaping, etc. Good amenities including gym, pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, free parking, community lounge/game room. Utilities are flat rate.

Great place to live
I found Woodbridge Apartments to be an excellent choice for families and roommates alike. The neighbourhood is really quiet and most of the apartments have an on-site laundry, which is pretty convenient. Also, Kelley is only a 10-minute bus ride away, and there is a bus stop near the apartments.
The apartment is in really good condition overall.

Great place to live with family
The apartment is great, and the services are also good. My family loves to live here, and it is really easy to go to school and to the grocery store.

Good property
It is overall good the location is not ideal but you get a bigger space. Cheaper option but that is because it is a bit older and the gym is not great.

Convenient but Expensive Option Near Campus
Overall, Woodbridge has been a good place to live, although I find it a bit expensive. Rent increased from one year to the next, and I had no option to negotiate. One thing I would do differently is avoid signing a 12-month lease in the first year. It would have been smarter to take a 9-month lease, then put my belongings in storage during the summer, and sign another 9- or 10-month lease for the second year of the program. Otherwise, you may end up paying rent during the months when you’re away doing your internship, as I did.
Woodbridge is comfortable, but if you plan to buy a car, I would actually recommend living farther from campus. Parking at IU is relatively cheap (around $150 per year), and you can easily find apartments farther out that cost less than Woodbridge, more than making up for the parking expense.
If you have a baby or young child, Woodbridge may be convenient because there are nearby daycares and school bus routes. Living farther away would likely require you to drive your child to daycare or school every day.
One downside is the clubhouse: it is only open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., which means it’s closed on weekends and evenings—precisely when I would have wanted to use it to meet classmates or relax.
In summary:
Without a car: Woodbridge is convenient but pricey.
With a car: Consider cheaper options farther from campus.
With kids: Woodbridge may be worth it because of daycare and school bus access.
