Could be better
Really depends on who your roommates or neighbors are. Walls are incredibly thin you will hear everything- every conversation, cough, moan, bed creak, music, TV, etc. If you're with quiet people great. If you're near loud obnoxious people then good luck because nothing will be done about noise unless it's 11pm.

I've had a few problems living in this apartment, the first being roommate match and pest control. Each time I have contacted management about the problems that I have had, they have been really respectful, helpful and promptly took actions to resolve the issue. I like having my own parking space and having an en suite. The amenities are nice and I really like how close the property is to FIU.

Can do better for the price paid but not a bad choice. Rooms are small and the grounds are generally pretty dirty but at least the management isn’t terrible.

Very close to school, but comes with a price. It’s typical student housing, but it’s an apartment not a dorm.

Convenient PA school living
I enjoy living at 4th St. Commons because it provides me with my own bedroom/bathroom, workout facilities, and pool while located a 10 minute walk from FIU. I live with 3 roommate who are all in the program which has been helpful when studying.
