The maintenance of the apartment was pretty bad from the previous tenant, I had to replace almost all of the light bulbs, I had to clean all of the A/C units, carpet was not secured correctly. building is not insulated well. Hotter inside than out during the summer, colder inside than outside in the winter. But management was responsive when I informed them that the fuse for the public space lighting was out. Share cost for water with others in the building by how many bedrooms that are in your apartment.
