Calais Midtown

I've lived here for 1.5 years with my fiancee. The value is pretty hard to beat. We pay $1,700 for 1,300 sqft in a 2x2 apartment. The location is great and close to everything. I think the only cons are the lack of balcony and street noise being close to the Louisiana st. exit.
