Arbors Harbor Town Review
Great place to live!

Arbors Harbor Town
This apartment has been a fantastic place to live during medical school. The location is great for dining, quick groceries, going for a run, having a picnic, and especially for close proximity to many friends and peers!

Arbors Harbor Town
It can be quiet. However, at night especially in the rooms facing the road it can get fairly loud. Also, you at least 15 minutes away from any grocery store.

The apartment complex is nice with multiple pools, both tennis / pickleball courts, and a small-sized gym — and the staff are friendly. Their maintenance team is great and fast, but the staff did little to no cleaning / maintenance before we moved in. Every apartment seems to have minor inconveniences / damages that were not bothered to be fixed before a new tenant arrives. The “renovated” apartments are only worth it if the price is the same as unrenovated apartments. Rent seems to be best and reasonable in winter/spring months and summer is absurd. You can expect $90-100 of required monthly add-ons to rent that you cannot opt out of: Internet (which you must set up yourself) valet trash service (sometimes off schedule or not even running), and pest-control (must pay every month but will not be activated unless you have a pest problem, which I do). I would not pay what I am currently paying again for this apartment; that being said… my wife and I both feel very safe here and love the community as well as the complex.

Great Spot for Living Alone
My apartment is well-priced for Mud Island and the quality of the apartment complex. The biggest plus of living here is the safe location, the proximity to campus, and the atmosphere of the neighborhood. If your priorities are being able to spend time outside, this is a great area. If you want to be closer to the city or grocery stores etc. Mud Island is probably too secluded. However, if you are living alone and safety is a top priority, this is a great complex to look at.

Great space on mud island
I absolutely love living right in harbor town on mud island. Being next to Cordelia's is extremely convenient and if I ever have friends/family in town, the little restaurants nearby are great.
This area is SO SAFE to run or walk around comfortably. I will frequently make a walk to Cordelia's in the dark and not feel uncomfortable whatsoever. There are always security cars around and I've never had an incident.
