Great option if you can afford it
Overall I've more than enjoyed my time at Arbors Harbor Town. The amenities are excellent, in a great location being right next to stores and restaurants, has a great view of the river and is considerably quieter than most complexes I've lived in. Most notably I've had zero safety concerns - I've heard of apartment complexes where cars are broken into every weekend, and I don't think I've ever seen that problem here. Only thing is, this apartment was fairly affordable when we moved in, and they've jacked up the rent on us twice now. It's borderline unaffordable for me, and I'm only staying for my last year, so I suspect it may be very unaffordable for incoming students. Other small things are the appliances probably need updating and the floors are carpeted. I've never had any issues with management and they are always happy to help.

Safe and Affordable!
I really like living here! Mud Island is great, it’s super safe, and pretty easy to drive anywhere. The apartment isn’t the most updated, but it totally works.

Good Student Apartment
My living experience has been pretty good and I have always felt safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and a good relaxing place to come home to. The maintenance has been slow and I have had several issue with them fixing my toilet. However, upon emailing the office, they work very fast. I live in their “outdated” style and it is a little pricy. They also add fees to our rent without notice.

The Arbors have been a great place to live! Any issues that have come up have been fixed within 48 hours. The area is safe and is a great place to get outside!

nice cheaper place to live on mud islan
I like living at Arbors. Its a very short drive to the law school and downtown. Plenty of parking for yourself and guests. two tennis courts, 3 pools, 1 gym. Short walk to the river, and in a safe and nice neighborhood. Its cheaper than most places on mud island and has a nice and convenient grocery nearby. Management is nice and generally leaves you alone, and maintenance is done very timely. Mostly grad students so its pretty quiet. good for pets with a nearby dog park. apartments can be kinda small but not bad. Not a ton of closet space for two people but other units might accomodate that. Very safe never had any issues. Mosquitos can be bad at night
