Young Adult Haven
This is an amazing place to live if you want to live close to downtown but also don't want to be in the undergraduate area again. This is a pet-friendly apartment, and its place right by the river, so morning runs, or afternoon strolls are a plus. There is also a new brewery, however, the parking situation has been affected by it. There is a free parking garage, and parking for residents. However, during peak hours of the day, the brewery customers take up the parking spaces of residents, or those visiting the riverwalk will also take up parking. Also, the mail situation can be stressful at times, because the delivery drivers don't lock your packages away and there are surely times, I have had packages stolen. Overall all though, the apartments are new, with stainless steel appliances and the leasing team is amazing.

Sola Station
Sola Station is the perfect housing for those with a dog and anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. It is located on the Columbia Canal with a 5 mile hiking trail and has its own gym and pool. Lots of outdoor space is accessible for pets, grilling, or occasional food/beer truck events.
