Fairly Standard
Within walking distance of two bus stops and multiple small grocery stores, as well as across the street from a very good (if a bit pricey) Mexican restaurant and a Popeyes. A half mile walk from the marina, which is also very nice. We have not had a problem with noise, despite this being a pet friendly apartment. Our floorplan allows for a very large kitchen, which is fantastic.
No amenities to speak of, and we unfortunately did not get to walk around the area too much and check out the bar scene due to COVID. Another concern is the lack of storage space-- there are no storage closets besides a small closet in the bedroom. In addition, there was an incident last year where the front room was broken into and packages were stolen. Management has installed frosted glass in the front door to obscure packages. The building manager is very friendly, and maitenence is pretty prompt (usually responds within a couple days). A bit pricey after you factor in internet and water/electricity, but the inclusion of a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer is worth it in my opinion. A good deal for a couple or roommates who can share a bedroom!
