Telegraph Gardens

Pros: The location is great. It is right across the street from Whole Foods and the bus stop is right outside the apartment complex. The complex has a nice rooftop and the common areas are cleaned regularly. This was one of the few 2bth places we could find. Haasies occupy multiple units.

Cons: Management changed frequently, so there is not a great way to get ahold of the landlord. They are often behind on repairs.

Nice Apartments, Hands-Off Management

The apartments, lobby, rooftop, and laundry services are all very nice. The apartments are located in a safe neighborhood right next to Whole Foods and several other grocery stores. Most of the buildings nearby are hospital/medical offices. About half of my neighbors are also students, and the building is fairly quiet inside. The management is difficult to get in contact with, they have no offices on-site. I tried to text/call the property manager about getting a new front door sign-in and access to the Luxor package lockers and she never responded. Luckily I haven’t had too many urgent problems, but I fear if I was locked out I would be out of luck.
