Lovely residence, great maintenance staff, 24/7 front desk staff, lots of WashU graduate students living in the building, across the street from Shaw Park, near restaurants, very pet friendly

best place i will ever live

I moved to COTP from the east coast without ever visiting the property. Best decision of my life was moving to this building. It is extremely safe, clean, and comfortable. Everyone (neighbors, staff, etc.) is beyond welcoming, kind, and happy. Great amenities, social events, and community here. Can't beat the location either. Clayton is extremely safe, family oriented, with lots of shops, places to eat, and bars. Also only a 5 minute drive to school, target, the mall, etc. Everything you need is right here. Easily the best apartment and building I will ever live in in my life.
