My apartment is really safety, because it's near the county court and police department. And its facility is great! The apartment had already set up the water and electricity well. I can move in directly. The management is so great, they help a lot when I move in. But my apartment faced a parking lot, which only has sunshine at the afternoon.

Overall, this is an excellent apartment, located at the downtown of Clayton.

Safety & Surroundings: Need to use access card to enter the lobby and elevator. Never hear about crime in my neighborhood during the year I lived. The police station, county court, fire station, the city hall, and DMV are all located within a quarter mile. There are also a lot of restaurants, brunch and bars around. Next to the apartment's lobby in the first floor, there is a barber, a nail bar, and a convenience store. Starbuck is just across the street.

Transportation: 15 minutes drive to the airport. 5 minutes walk to metro station. Two stations up north is the WashU, one station towards south is the St.Louis Galleria, two stations to south you can find Whole Foods, Trade joe’s, Target, Walmart and so many other shops. 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walking to WashU. 20 minutes drive to the Arch, and between the apartment and the Arch, pretty much every public interests are included, the forest park, Zoo, aquarium, art museum and so on. Costco and large asian market is also reachable within 20 minutes drive.

Pets: apartment has great pet policy, and offers a dog wash room. But I think there is a limit on the number of pets, you need to ask the apartment for details.

Amenties: There is a gym, but it's small and only suitable for basic training, not for strength training. A yoga room with a lot of free lessons on screen. No pool. Having a communal kitchen, entertaining room and meeting room.

Parking: Underground parking lot. No visitor parking but have free parking across the street, behind the shops.
