Love the unit, not renters warehouse!
I absolutely love this unit: It is such a great setup, great location, and the perfect amount of space for the price and number of people.
However, we have had quite a few issues with Renters Warehouse, the company that manages our particular unit. Each unit in the building is individually owned, and the owner for our unit uses Renters Warehouse as the landlord service. They have not been helpful nor responsive with maintenance concerns nor getting us set up in the apartment. Additionally, one of their employees was very rude and condescending to us in an email.

Great independent space
This unit was found on Zillow. It is independently owned. I have no complaints about the unit, although there are no amenities.
