1016 Cherry St

Fantastic location with easy access to Jefferson Station, subway, buses, grocery stores, and parks.

Spacious apartment with reasonable rent.

Have to share laundry with the whole building. Dryers do not dry effectively--have to pay $2 for each cycle, on average 2 cycles to dry.

Insulation of the apartment and heating/cooling are not good--utilities can be extremely high in summer and winter.

Management is not very responsive, and require writing checks.
