Park Towne is a good building. The amenities downstairs are outstanding and they are very quick responding to service requests. The only downsides are that it is a little expensive and they were difficult to work with when making changes to our lease.

The property is in a great location with lots of Wharton students living in the building. The space is good for one person and very comfortable. The building management is great with amazing concierges and good amenities. Overall very good experience so far!

Good location. Free shuttle buses. Easy to receive package.

The amenities here are unreal! Beautiful pool with cabanas and outdoor bar; recreation center with billiards, yoga studio, art studio, in-house dry cleaner, small market for groceries and specialty items, coffee stand, amazing gym, theater, etc. It's like living at a resort! Best part of all? My balcony view of the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Parkway. Perfect Philly location. I love living here!

My experience at Park Town Place has been a great one! The 2 bedroom apartments are generally very spacious and there's a lot of natural light. There's a brand new gym and beautiful pool that each resident has access to. The South building also has some really nice additional amenities like a marketplace and cycling room.

Park Towne Place is in a great location. Have everything what we need in apartment. Management is not good.. Gym is good and they have great restaurant.. Nice park and walkable area.. Parking lot is good.
Lots of sunlight. Security system is good. Elevators are spacious.

There is always something to do at Park Town between the gym market and pool. The locker system for packages are great, never have to wait for someone to be at a desk! Its great having concierge at the front desk at night for added safety, but not all building have it. The communal washer and dryers are dated and the utilities are pricy. The utilities are divided by the number of units, not individual so they get to be pricy. Over all the place is pricy but I love where I live.

The amenities are wonderful with the addition of the new marketplace, brand new gym, dry cleaners, swimming pool, spin studio, etc. I love the multiple conference rooms to study in and the lounge with pool table and movie theater. The general manager has always been very responsive to any issues I've had and it's because of my positive experiences with him and resident services that has made me want to stay here!

Decent apartment, great amenities, fantastic location! In walking distance to The Philadelphia Museum of Art and other local Philadelphia museums and historic landmarks. Very pet friendly community with wonderful pool and cabana access. Enjoy the environment.

Park Towne Place Premier are all recently renovated luxury apartments. The units are gorgeous with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, clean lines, and a modern feel.

The complex features a 24 hour gym, a community center (excellently decorated) with massive TVs and a fire place, demonstration kitchen, dry cleaners on site, and opening in a few months is a grocery store in the bottom floor. If you're willing to pay extra, there's a parking garage under the buildings for residents.

There's a beautiful pool complete with cabanas that's open from around May to October. They do a pretty great job with landscaping and keeping it looking nice. The building also has rotating art installations in the lobby.

Utilities are reasonably priced. We live in a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom unit and pay around $150 a month for utilities. They're based on a co-op system and not individually metered.

Units have TONS of sunlight with windows everywhere. We've seen our fair share of apartments in Philadelphia and if you're wiling to pay the premium, these are by far the nicest/ most spacious we've encountered.

They're also putting in several dog parks around the buildings. Very pet friendly!
