1505 Demonbreun

The apartment itself is great, with friendly staff. High ceilings, wood floors, service requests are fulfilled quickly. The one drawback (for a student) is its proximity to the Demonbreun bars. I unfortunately do not live directly above them (I live on the far side of the building), but if you have a room overlooking those bars, the noise is unbearably loud. So long as you make sure you do not live in any units directly above Demonbreun street, you should be good. The pool gets a bit rowdy in the summer, but that never really bothered me that much.
