Property is nice, area can feel a little uneasy
The apartment is modern, quiet, and has nice amenities (pool, gym, restaurant with apartment delivery). Parking situation is frustrating. Free parking but not enough garage space. They are working on solutions and did create another parking lot. There have been many car break-ins previously in the other parking lots for residents who couldn’t get a spot in the garage. Very big on towing and booting. Safety is a concern in the immediate area. Have heard there were a few armed robberies outside of my building. They have tried to increase security presence but still makes me uneasy leaving or walking outside at night.
