Very nice apartment!
Brookstone Crossing is a 10 minute drive to campus and is very secure. The complex is always upheld and the units are updated. The only issue is that communication with the main office was lacking while I was moving in, however they were changing parent companies during that time.

Super solid place
The best part is how the staff treats me. They are extremely kind and have figured out how to give me the best experience.

Great place to live if you want to rent!
My husband and I love the location of the property, the cost of rent in comparison to other units we looked at, and the size of the property. We felt that by living at a bigger complex, we’d have greater access to staff who work on property vs. dealing with a landlord. We love renting right now because we don’t have to deal with the upkeep and maintenance costs of owning.

Great complex, but somewhat far from campus
The apartment complex itself is great, but it can be a bit of a hassle when driving to school or Cinci. (At least, when you’re not in the middle of a global pandemic.) Definitely somewhat cheaper than some of the stuff you’d find near campus though. Just depends what you’re looking for!
