Review
The management can sometimes be hard to reach regarding lease issues, but maintenance is super quick to solve those kinds of issues. Most solved within hours of putting in the request. Super close to the law school too and parking is free and there is plenty

Average, but overpriced
Large and spacious floorplan, but the building is quite old and many people have had pest or water damage issues. No major complaints, but the building is very run down and is not what it appears to be in pictures. Not a very high-value option as there are just as good of apartments for a better price. Make sure you tour the apartment in person as pictures and videos do not clearly show small flaws in the residence.
Distance to campus is great, but likely not a walkable distance.
