Pretty good
Overall a good experience. Maintenon is not quick which is what one expects from an apartment complex. Like the location, kinda away from campus but close to the stadium. The apartment is nice and big for what you are paying.

Not Bad
The complex is nice with in-unit washer and dryer. The amenities are nice with a pool, gym, workout rooms, theatre room etc. the management is okay but sometimes the work orders that are submitted do not get follow-ups by the maintenance people. The bugs (ants, roaches, and spiders) can sometimes be a problem, but otherwise it's not bad. The layout is nice and the space is good for the price, it is pet friendly and offers 3, 6, 8, and year long leases. Walking distance from the Bill and from Bramlage!

The Pointe
Apartment quality and clubhouse/pool are great. The only issue is sometimes maintenance can be slow.

Good apartment, but Bad Maintenance
When I shows up to move in, the apartment was not very clean and the smoke alarm was going off. We had to submit many maintenance requests throughout our time there and it took forever for them to fix what we were requesting.

Good apartment, poor management
The apartment is nice with large windows and a corner balcony. It is the management company that brings the rating down. They do not adhere to office hours and often take a long time to respond. They also put us in a "deluxe" apartment without our knowledge and tried to raise our rate. Otherwise, the apartment has no major issues and is rather lovely to live in. The walls are thick and there are hardly any noise issues.
