It’s too expensive for the quality of apartment
Maintenance is very responsive. It’s a new property so it is very visually appealing, but it is very cheaply made. Many of the units have water intrusions and the walls are paper thin. The neighborhood is great comparatively speaking for being downtown. It’s right at the edge of downtown where there’s less traffic but you can clearly hear the train schedule from your bedroom window.
