Harbor Island Apartments

Overall, living here was fine and I didn’t have any major problems. Management was difficult to contact; there was no one in the office most days, calls were sent to voicemail, and emails did not receive responses half of the time. It’s in a great location and has beautiful water views, but maintenance to keep the property looking tidy was minimal. Soundproofing is also poor and you can hear your neighbor’s voices if your apartment is quiet. I’m not sure if I would choose to live here again, but the location with its access to the Mud Island greenway and being within walking distance to the grocery store on Mud Island made up for many of its flaws.

Nice, standard apartment complex with outside access. Includes a gym, study room, and pool.

Great location on Mid Island, <10 min from campus. Gated community with officers at the property. Maintenance quite responsive. Not encountered any real issues.

Harbor Island

I’ve had a fantastic experience here- I didn’t move here until years 3+4 of med school and would have moved here earlier looking back!

Pretty good overall. Only difficulty is sometimes slow maintenance.

Great Apartment

The apartments are nice mostly updated with excellent views. The pool is nice. The gym isnt that great very basic. Parking isnt an issue and guests can come over without an issue with parking. They are very dog friendly. Decent turn around time with maintenance. Valet trash (20$/month) Its pretty safe. I think there was like 3 instances of car break ins but the gate was broken during those times. I like where I live and wouldnt rent anywhere else in memphis, especially bc of my dog. I live on the third floor and the biggest con is it being so hot in the memphis summer my air can never catch up.

the apartments are very nice and very good views of the city. I feel safe here since it is gated. It is right across the street from the dog park and it is pretty quiet.

Harbor Island is conveniently located right at the entrance of the island. You can walk to Cordelia's or Tug's easily and have great access to the walking path on the river. The apartments are very updated and nice. The kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor closet provide lots of storage.
