Clean and Safe Apartment in Downtown
Living in the 888 Lofts was great when the neighbors were great, but less so when they were not. There were a lot of college students that lived there in some units on my floor (7th - same as the rooftop pool, which can be problematic) and they could be loud with parties or just rowdiness. Being downtown also has disadvantages with noise but so great close to shopping, dining, farmer's market, etc. Could be an issue if you prefer a quieter apartment. Parking was great because I purchased the monthly space in the underground garage - great in winter! Great light in my unit but windows don't open much due to height, so airflow from fresh air is limited. Elevator building (two) but be aware they do break down and if they both do, it's an issue for disabled folks who can't do stairs at all.
