Convenient and great if you are a student

Great apartment.
The management keeps changing and hence the personnel. They are moving toward more online. They are quite responsive at times but sometimes, the work orders take a while. The main issue will be with the laundry. Anyone can use the laundry. All they need is an App that can be downloaded anywhere anytime. Need not be residents. I saw many people using the laundry who are not residents at Park 25.
Overall, a decent apartment for the price.

Affordable, Clean and Quiet
I've lived at Park25 the past two years. The apartments are quiet and facilities are kept clean. Neighbors are nice. The space is huge for what we pay each month. Highly recommend.

Park 25 is very accommodating and a good place to live
Management is very responsive and accommodating. The place is quiet and have had no issues with other tenants. Management says that most residents are graduate or international students, so a very good place for KU grad or international students to live. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues, however, maintenance issues are few and far between because the units are well maintained. I would recommend Park 25 to anyone looking for reasonably prices, well maintained apartments relatively close to campus. We had a special circumstance regarding our last apartment, which will be described in a subsequent survey response. We needed to leave an unsafe situation quickly and Park 25 had one of their units available almost immediately for us and was willing to work with us to ensure everything was ready for us quickly. Highly recommend.

Excellent and Affordable
Park 25 is a great place to live with a great management team. They are super responsive, and it is a great place for grad students especially (not a ton of noisy annoying undergrads).
