Convenient and practical for grad students
As an international graduate student in Computer Science, Jardine has been a convenient and practical choice at K-State. I have been living here for more than 2 years. The location is excellent. I can easily walk to my department and campus facilities. Having most utilities included (water, gas, internet, trash) makes budgeting straightforward and removes the stress of setting up multiple accounts as an international student. The graduate student community here is helpful and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled promptly by the university. No need for a car since everything is walkable. Safe and secure environment.
I would recommend Jardine to incoming international graduate students, particularly for their first year. It provides stability and convenience while you're adjusting to life in Manhattan and focusing on your studies. The on-campus location and included utilities make the transition much easier.

Great Deal
- Very safe surrounding
- Easy Access to the gym
- ATA bus is within walking distance
- The AC is only in the living room, so it gets hard to get the cooling effect in the bedrooms, as its a two-bedroom apartment, you would not like to open the bedroom door while sleeping.

Need to renovated
I am overall happy with facilities but it could be better they renovated this apartment little bit as they looks so old fashioned

Good one!
This apartment is best for the new international students in US since unlike other apartments, you won't need credit to rent a room. However, I don't like the limited space in the apartments especially in highly renovated.

Living alone
The best thing here is that you will have free internet all along the campus. You are near the gym and the bus stop. Also, the place is really safe. The bad thing is that you can hear what your neighbor is talking about next door :) So too thin walls. The management is amazing. They are here asap if you forgot your keys. To live alone, this is the best thing you can find here!

Review of Jardine Apartments
As the apartments are getting older, they require a lot of maintenance specially relating drainage issues. The thing I did not like while I moved into this apartment was that the carpet was not shampooed and the floor was not waxed. There are still some dirty stains in the kitchen and the bathroom left by the previous renter, which could have been fixed by Jardine Apartments.
On the bright side, the locality is quiet and safe for students (with or without family). There is regular maintenance of lawn and other facilities.
