Super old and unclean traditional Jardine Apartment

We were given an unclean apartment. Too old, the floor was really bad, paints peeling off from the wall, etc.

Apartment Review

We are irritated by the cockroaches and bug issues. Sometimes, fire alarms sound automatically at night, even if we are not cooking at that time. Otherwise, things are fine. Maintenance services are good but still have those kinds of issues.

Jardine Traditional apartments

Housing environment is cool and awesome, calm, peaceful, standard house on average, a few disagreements here and there with my roommate but overall experience is great

Jardine

Jardine apartments have a reasonable rent compared to off campus but I believe they need lots of renovations.

Review for Jardine

I have been living here in Jardine since last January. As an international student, everything was difficult initially, but this Jardine greatly relieved me. The best thing about Jardine is the free internet facility, comparatively low rent, responsive management, and well-ventilated room. Some cons are laundry facility is not within the apartment premises and temperature regulation during summer.

Grateful, consider needs

Very close to campus convenience also means close to the stadium. Hard to study on game days and always have trash to clean up in lawn. Grateful for speedy maintenance and residential aid response, but sometimes they are unable to help with specific needs. Ex: flying pest maintenance, cold winter drafts, water seeping in. Glad to have first floor apartment for ease of moving in and safety during weather watches, but water has come in during heavy rain and school-age neighbors can be less considerate about quiet hours. The complex tries to facilitate community on a broad scale, but I was excluded from my RA's contact list for an entire semester despite reaching out.

It's a good place

It's a good place to stay a little expensive to live alone but for me it was a necessity!
