Perfect except the expense
I love living at City Flats at Renwick. The neighborhood adjacent to us is absolutely beautiful, especially if you enjoy exercising outdoors. The unit itself is maintained very well, is clean, new, and very safe and quiet. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to Maurer. The only downfall is the steep price, but for me, the other factors made up for it (especially how quiet and safe it is).

Comfortable and affordable living close to campus
The management is responsive. Whenever we submit a complain, the management resolves the issue in 2-3 days. The location is on the campus shuttle route 6 and 6L.

Great apartment, questionable management and location
The apartment was nice and the maintenance folks were always really helpful and kind. The company only responded to emails from my boyfriend (not from me). They also were very unorganized with attaching the correct lease to our file (which resulted in overcharging us for the first few months we lived there). I also didn't love living on College, which can be noisy, but it was nice to be close to the Square where there are lots of restaurants. The apartment has a small gym, which is great, but it was always very dirty.

City Flats on 10th
Quiet community, great for pet owners, close to College Mall area. Community is a mixture of professional students, local families, and student athletes. I've only lived here for one year, but I wish I had moved into the complex earlier. Favorite place I've lived in Bloomington in my three years here.
