Generally Top End Apartment, with a few hitches
This building has been great to live in, and features a top notch staff at both the front desk and maintenance. They do a fantastic job, and should be commended for their professionalism and quality of work.
The management company themselves are occasionally tough to deal with. I'd imagine given the number of leases/tenants they maintain, it shouldn't be a shock - but the personal touch is lacking, which is the reason I wouldn't give them a 10.
The impact of that is on day to day inconveniences - having someone on hand to answer and/or deal with standard leasing / parking questions that the staff at the building are not meant to answer. Sure we could email, but sometimes you just want that conversation in person.
I'd also note the rent on the pricier side for this area of Center City/Avenue of the Arts. Now i don't think it's out of bounds, but you aren't getting the best value either.

Awesome building and people - but too much $$$!
I love everything about the apartment but the parking and rent are so high and keep going up, eventually we will be forced to leave. The amenities are amazing and we love the view. Management is great - I wish we could pay rent online though and that concierges would deal with all packages instead of residents having to call ahead to carriers for pick-ups. If we are paying that much we should get all the services...

Slowly gentrifying with young professional couples
Ten min walk to Center City but much more quiet and residential
Cons: distance from campus
The immediate neighborhood provides the best Vietnamese, Italian, and Mexican food in the city and it's about a 10 minute walk south to finer dining on Passyunk Ave.
I generally feel pretty safe in the area during the day, although Washington Ave itself can feel very big and dark at night. I've never had any issues or incidents, however.
