No Frills
I have lived at University Terrace for 4 years, and it's been a positive experience. My two-bedroom is very spacious, complete with a pantry. I appreciate the layout and homey vibes. While it's an older complex, Kyle does a great job keeping up with maintenance. The location is also great for commuting and is close to campus/Mass Street. I especially enjoy taking walks through the Hillcrest area! My only gripe is that there is no hook-up for in-unit laundry, but there is a laundry facility in the basement. Overall, a great, budget-friendly place!

clean, reasonably priced
Loving it so far. The rent is relatively low, but I find the quality of everything to be great. The landlord is responsive, and if there is a problem it will get fixed quickly.

Great value, good place to live
Great price. 30 minute walk to campus. Bus stop located in front of complex. Laundry at facility. Close to downtown Lawrence. Large closets. Management is responsive most of the time. Walls and ceilings are thin, so neighbors are often heard (loud talking, video games/TV/music heard).
