Good

Pretty expensive but because it is within walking distance I am happy to pay. Not particularly clean and amenities typically don’t work.

Next to campus

I share a 3b3b with 2 roommates. The rent is a little expensive. And the apartment management company charges extra fees. The room air-conditioner control is centralized, which means you have to keep the same temperature as your roommates do.
