It works
It is quiet and has a decent location for my wife and me. She works in Dallas so we needed a good halfway point between Dallas and Fort Worth. I wish the property was a little cleaner and I don't love the area it is in, but it works and is comfortable and quiet.
They advertise a gym but it is a small room with a few weights and a treadmill... terrible gym.
