It's a great place to be

They are very quick to do service updates whenever something in the apartment breaks. Community is pleasant and safe. I'm glad I chose to live here M1 year.

The only issue is that the upstairs neighbors have kids who are quite noisy.

Pleasant View is a good option

I have really enjoyed living here. The ceiling is a bit thin so you can hear the upstairs neighbors. This is the only downside.

The upsides include in-unit washer dryer, renovated appliances, a really nice community. Also it's close to campus. I'm close enough to SoHi that I can drop by and meet friends but far enough away to get some distance from school. However, school is just 10 minutes away.
