Magnolia Square and Capital Flats

DO NOT LIVE AT MAGNOLIA SQUARE. I cannot stress this enough the apartment and management are horrible. Extensive maintenance issues with no response. Roaches. Cigarette smoke leaking in from neighboring apartments. The proximity to the bus station made me feel unsafe walking even during the day.
