Horrible
Management here is horrible, don't live here. Used to be good, and management used to be somewhat responsive. This management cares about nobody but themselves. Constantly extorting students out of money. Thought it was commonplace for people to not mess with students money, but they actively charge students with ridiculous, and random fees. Not to mention the reserved parking they created after years of having free parking under old management. Thankfully nobody has bought this.

Horrible experience. Management is not responsive to roommate issues. The washer was constantly broken. The light bulbs were constantly going out. Dim lighting outside the building and no security cameras. The pool was broken the entire time I lived there.

Great College Apartment
The Hub was one of the best apartments that we toured with all of the amenities, good management, an awesome pool and gym, and being fully furnished. They did just change owners so we will see if anything changes. The walls are very thin so I can hear the guys living next to me when they are just talking a bit louder than normal so be aware of that. However, the community as a whole is surprisingly quiet. Great gym and pool, fun activities put on by the staff, and the most AMAZING maintenance crew! They handle everything so fast and they're always so nice and friendly when they see you around.
