Next to the frat rows so it can be very loud sometimes.

The landlord is super responsive and loves renting to opto students/residents! There is usually at least a couple units filled with optos! The on-site manager is fairly quiet and hands-off but available if you need any repairs.

- Very very loud on weekends (undergrad tenants that party in the building, frat houses next door, super thin walls)
- Carpet and older appliances
- Not pet friendly
- Cannot sublease

The best part about the

2b2b, comes with dishwasher, central heating, wall window with balcony that is just a window with an unsteady piece of wood preventing you from falling. :) Washer/dryer on ground floor, parking for additional cost, no pets. Building manager lives in penthouse on roof and responds pretty fast to texts if something is broken. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people upstairs walking. It is on frat row so there is music on weekends, sometimes as late as 2AM. Feels safe, doors are quite heavy. My car got broken into once but that was because the garage door was broken.
