Jackson Park review

Overall, the location is pretty convenient there are multiple subway lines right downstair and train E takes me straight to CC. Over the past year, more restaurants opened up. There is a small park within the property complex and it's pet friendly.

Downside is that management of the property itself is not great and can be slow.

3 Jackson Park 3JP 28-10 Jackson Avenue

Most of the things are good. Apartment is relatively small since this is NYC. Thick walls, sometimes upstairs went full send with their party and we can barely hear it. Management takes 3-5 business years to return your email if they eventually write back, sublease and lease assignment is a PITA. Package room is a big mess. 1 and 2 JP will be annoyed to death by the grinding 7 train.
