Really nice but administration sucks

Super nice, brand new, tons of young people. But expensive. Things don’t always work the way they should (community features). Guest parking is non-existent (not what they told me when I signed). Trash pickup sucks. Community areas are not cleaned regularly or taken care of the way they should be for the price. Also... a lot of the units just face into other units which they did not warn me about. I saw the floor plan and did a virtual tour and did not realize this until I got here.

Nearly-perfect apartment in North Boulder

The ONLY thing that makes this review a 9/10 & not a perfect score is that the apartment complex is located on a sort of "island" bordered by Diagonal Highway & Foothills Parkway. As a result my fiancée & I often feel like we don't have anything we can walk to (ex. coffee shops, parks, etc.).

Even with that downside, this apartment is the nicest place I've ever lived. We have a balcony, from the side of which we can see the foothills. When we stand in the parking lot we have a beautiful view of the flatirons. Our rooms have large windows and soft carpets, and our neighbors are friendly and always let us pet their dogs. As residents we have access to an on-site gym, pool, and hot tub, as well as biking / hiking trails that go through our complex. I appreciate the package concierge service (so I don't get packages stolen) and the valet trash service (an extra $25 per month).

The water pressure is strong & we haven't yet lost hot water. Every apartment comes with a Nest thermostat so we can control the indoor temperature ourselves. We've never had an issue with neighbors' noise levels, and I don't feel like the management company is policing us to enforce their rules.

The management company was also great about letting us register our cats as emotional support animals!
