Great place, some issues with amenities, higher cost
Lots of space, pet friendly, helpful staff, pool is often closed for maintenance, recent management switch but they are fixing up a lot of areas which is a hassle in the short term but good for the long term.

Close to Campus in a Safe Area!
I have loved living at Kent Place! They just recently changed managements and the new management has been excellent. They are very responsive and have handled property problems well. Me and my boyfriend live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom that is 1,000 sq. ft. Our apartment is very spacious with modern appliances. We also have a dog and there is plenty of room in our apartment for all of us!
